Los Robles Greens Wedding | Katelynn & Dan

A few weeks ago, I had the honor of capturing Katelynn and Dan’s beautiful Los Robles Greens wedding. These high school sweethearts wanted an intimate wedding surrounded by their closest friends and family and that’s exactly what it was! They are the sweetest, most genuine people and their love was truly a joy to capture. Congratulations to Mr. and Mrs. Akdag!

Their Love Story, From the Bride: “We are high school sweethearts. During high school, we had always heard about each other through mutual friends. Somehow we never had the chance to meet, even when we went to the same high school for a year. Then once I moved to a different high school across town, we happen to go to the same high school party one night. He was the first person I saw when I walked into the house, and I told my friends immediately that “I claim him”. Turns out he ended up being the one I had always heard about. Junior prom was 2 weeks later and I knew he was going with my friend Kelsey and I was going with another guy. However; prom was really a game changer. That is where we both felt the spark and couldn’t stay away from each other. We ended up dancing with each other almost the entire night…instead of our dates(whoops haha). That was really the start of our love story. From that point forward we were like magnets to one another, and hung out every week after that. He asked me to be his girlfriend a month later and fast forward 10 years he then asked me to be his future wife.”
