Last year when I got an email from Amy & Jordan announcing their workshop in October, I knew I HAD to go. I had been following them for quite a long time and constantly reading their blog When I arrived in Scottsdale I was completely nervous and intimidated, not only to meet Amy & Jordan, but to meet an entire room full of talented photographers. The very first night, we all met at Some Like It Classic for doughnuts and introductions. All of my nerves completely disappeared! Not only were Amy and Jordan some of the most welcoming and kindest people I’ve ever met, so was everyone else!
We spent the next two days (12 hours each day!) learning from Amy & Jordan. Everything from shooting and lighting techniques, to running a photography business and how to really love and serve our clients. Part of the first day, and one of my favorite parts, was this AMAZING styled shoot! So many beautifully styled details and that desert light! I fell in love!
Attending the Amy & Jordan Workshop was absolutely one of the best decisions I’ve made for my business. I left those two days feeling so inspired and so lucky to have met some wonderful new friends! Be sure to also check out Amy & Jordan’s feature on 100 Layer Cake!
