Jina and Kevin’s wedding at Los Robles Greens was everything fairytales are made of. Let me start by saying I was obsessed with these two as soon as I met them at their engagement session in Laguna Beach. They are so adorable together – so fun and silly and totally in love.
The vibe for their wedding was ‘romantic garden,’ and Los Robles Greens was the perfect venue. I adore this venue for so many reasons. The ceremony lighting is always perfect and there are so many beautiful spots for romantic photos.
The Details
Every details of Kevin and Jina’s wedding at Los Robles Greens was meticulously planned with their romantic garden theme in mind. They chose colors of soft pink, green and white which were woven throughout the details of the day. Jina also opted for two stunning dresses. The first was a ballgown fit for a Disney princess for the ceremony, portraits and first dance. And the second was a sleek gown with lace details for the reception and dancing.
The First Look & Wedding Party Portraits
Kevin and Jina chose to have a first look. The decision to have a first look is completely a personal one, but there are so many added benefits to doing it. Not only does it take away some pre-wedding nerves and give you extra time with your person, it creates so much extra time for portraits. Their first look was so sweet and emotional, I may have even teared up behind my lens.
Once the tears were dried, we grabbed a few bride and groom portraits and then went on the the wedding party! Kevin and Jina chose the most fun group of people for their bridal party. They were all so much fun to work with – silly and laughing the whole time which made the whole process fun.
Ceremony & Reception
One of my favorite features of a wedding at Los Robles Greens is the ceremony site. In addition to the beautiful space, the lighting is always perfect for an afternoon or evening ceremony no matter what time of year. Kevin and Jina had an early evening ceremony for their summer wedding and the lighting couldn’t have been more perfect. Their ceremony was the perfect mix of emotional, heartfelt vows, tears and a few silly moments in between. After their first kiss, guests threw rose petals as they walked back down the aisle.
While guests enjoyed cocktail, we snuck out for a few bride and groom photos on the golf course. After portraits, it was time to party! Their first dance was straight out of a Disney movie – perfectly choreographed and so romantic. The rest of the night flew by in a flash. Guests sipped cocktails, enjoyed their beautiful cake and danced the night away with these two. It was a perfect night and a fairytale come true!
